CONSUMER RIGHTS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS
GENERAL:

When you place an order electronically through this website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.

Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as all other applicable laws in relation to the sale and delivery of purchased goods.

Shipping costs related to the delivery of products shall be borne by the Buyer.

Each purchased product shall be delivered to the person and/or organization indicated by the Buyer within a maximum of 14 days, provided that this period is not exceeded. If the product is not delivered within this time frame, Buyers may terminate the contract.

The purchased product must be delivered in full and in accordance with the characteristics specified in the order, along with any relevant documents such as a warranty certificate or user manual.

If it becomes impossible to sell the product, the Seller must inform the Buyer in writing within three (3) days of becoming aware of the situation and refund the total amount to the Buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID:
7. If the Buyer fails to make payment or if the payment is cancelled in bank records, the Seller’s obligation to deliver the product shall cease.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:
8. If, after the delivery of the product, it is determined that the Buyer’s credit card was used unlawfully by unauthorized persons, and the bank or financial institution does not pay the Seller, the Buyer must return the product to the Seller within three (3) days, with the shipping cost borne by the Seller.
DELAYS DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES:
9. If unforeseen force majeure events occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the Buyer shall be informed. The Buyer may choose to cancel the order, request a replacement with a similar product, or agree to postpone the delivery until the issue is resolved.
If the Buyer cancels the order:
• If payment was made in cash, the amount will be refunded in cash within 14 days.
• If payment was made by credit card, the refund will also be made within 14 days; however, it may take 2–3 weeks for the bank to transfer it to the Buyer’s account.
BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:
10. The Buyer must inspect the goods/services before accepting delivery. Damaged, broken, or torn-packaged goods shall not be accepted from the courier. Goods accepted shall be deemed to have been delivered in good condition. The Buyer must handle the product carefully after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the product must not be used. The invoice must be returned together with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
11. The Buyer may withdraw from the contract without legal or penal liability and without providing any reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the product was delivered to the Buyer or the person/organization designated by the Buyer, by notifying the Seller through the contact details below.

PERIOD OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
13. If the purchased item is a service, the 14-day period begins from the date of contract signing. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in service contracts where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior consent before the end of the withdrawal period.

Costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the Seller.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing via registered mail, fax, or email within 14 (fourteen) days, and the product must not have been used in accordance with the “Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised” section.
EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
16. The invoice of the product delivered to the Buyer or a third party designated by the Buyer must be returned. (If the product invoice is issued to a company, a return invoice must be provided. Returns for corporate orders cannot be completed without a return invoice.)

The return form, the product’s original box, packaging, and any standard accessories must be returned in full and undamaged.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN:
18. The Seller must refund the total amount received from the Buyer and return all documents that place the Buyer under obligation within 10 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, and must accept the returned goods within 20 days.

If the value of the goods decreases due to the Buyer’s fault, or if return becomes impossible, the Buyer shall compensate the Seller for damages proportionate to the Buyer’s fault. However, changes or deterioration resulting from proper use of the product within the withdrawal period shall not make the Buyer liable.

If the use of the right of withdrawal causes the total amount to fall below a promotional campaign limit, the discount granted under the campaign shall be revoked.
PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED:
21. Products customized for the Buyer, products that cannot be returned for hygienic or health reasons after the packaging has been opened, perishable goods, and other goods that cannot be separated by nature once mixed with other items cannot be returned. This also includes software, digital content, and other goods that are immediately delivered electronically.

Cosmetic and personal care products, underwear, swimwear, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, cassettes, and stationery consumables (such as toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) can only be returned if the packaging has not been opened and the products have not been tested, damaged, or used.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:
23. If the Buyer delays payment for credit card transactions, the Buyer agrees and undertakes to pay interest and be liable under the terms of the agreement with the issuing bank. In such cases, the bank may pursue legal remedies, and the Buyer shall bear the resulting expenses and attorney fees. If the Buyer defaults, they agree to compensate the Seller for any damages due to the delay.
